TechSolutions, Inc. began serving the Wilmington, DE area in 1999. We provide skilled technology services to a variety of small and mid-sized businesses. From installing new networks to keeping a small office of PCs up and running, TechSolutions has the knowledge to solve complex IT issues with a solution that fits.
Our President, Rick Monnig, is responsible for the overall operation and direction of the company. He has hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, client relations and internal systems management. Rick has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and has been working in the IT field with companies in the Delaware Valley for over 15 years. His credentials include engineer certifications from Microsoft and Novell; and sales certifications from Citrix, Symantec, Dell, Microsoft, and VMware. He is an avid football fan (Dallas Cowboys), enjoys spending time in the Poconos and traveling with his wife and 2 children.
Our Vice-President, Rich Kenney, shares responsibility for the overall operation and direction of the company. In addition, he provides technical education to our staff, and oversees the sales development process. Rich has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He started in the IT field as a certified technical instructor for Novell, Microsoft, and CompTIA. He served as Network Administrator in a prominent Wilmington, DE based law firm for 4 years. His credentials include engineer certifications from Microsoft and Novell; technical certifications from VMware, Dell, and CompTIA; sales certifications from Dell, VMware, and Citrix. He is a passionate football fan (NC State & Washington Redskins), enjoys coaching his kid's sports teams, scouting and playing volleyball.
Our Business Manager, Tricia Monnig, has a B.S. in Business Management from Wilmington University. She started with our company in 2002 and is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning and business development. Her previous responsibilities have included program development and education in the healthcare field. She is also an avid football fan (Go Eagles!). Other interests include spending time with her husband (yes, it is Rick) and their 2 children, hiking, cooking, reading and traveling.
