PC Technician
TechSolutions, Inc., a leading provider of IT services, is looking for a PC TECHNICIAN with excellent customer service skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
This position requires the applicant to prove his/her ability to install, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and maintain clients' computers
- Monitor Network Operations Center and provide first level remediation services
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software including Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft workstation OS (XP, Vista, Windows 7) & Microsoft Office
- Remove spyware and viruses from client workstations
- Join workstations to domains
- Setup network attached printers
- Setup and troubleshoot TCP/IP
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and deductive reasoning
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Must have reliable transportation (you will be supporting multiple clients in and around the Wilmington, DE area, and will be traveling between sites)
- Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Network + certification or equivalent knowledge required
- A+ certification or equivalent knowledge required
