Onsite Support
Our technicians respond to your issue on-site and perform their work quickly and effectively with as little disruption to your office environment as possible. Special priority is given to clients who purchase contracts.
Remote Support
Many times, especially with desktop issues, we can resolve the issue quickly via remote access. We use several different products including GoToAssist, Citrix, and pcAnywhere to access your system remotely. Find out more about our newest browser-based technology here. All remote accesses are encrypted and password protected so your information is never at risk. Remote Support can be charged hourly, against a time bank, or as part of a monthly contract.
Time Bank Contracts
When you have a need for our services on a consistent basis, time bank contracts can be a great cost-saving feature. Time banks can be purchased in blocks of 10, 25, or 50 hours and can represent a savings of up to 23% off our full hourly rate.
