How it works
Suppose you're having trouble opening your email. You call 302-656-TECH(8324) and reach a technician. Rather than instructing you to click here and there, you are instructed to click on the white button at the top of this page. The technician you are speaking with on the phone can then control your desktop and show you how to get your email or fix any problems you encounter. No waiting for a visit, your issue can be addressed immediately.
The Technology
All that is needed to use this service is an internet connection and a small file from our service. You always maintain control of your machine. You can follow directions from the technician on the phone or let the technician do all the work as you watch!
Small print
Clients using this service will be charged per our regular fee schedule or contracted rate. The concept is to be able to quickly respond and resolve your issues without having to wait for a technician's visit.
