Kimberly Wagner, Bookkeeper
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Kimberly graduated from Meredith College, located in Raleigh, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Concentration in Accounting. Before joining TechSolutions in 2015, she spent twelve years with Wachovia Bank in the Corporate Accounting and Private Equity Investing Finance departments while living in Charlotte. She then spent ten wonderful years at home with her children. In 2012, Kimberly, along with her husband and four kids, packed up their belongings and moved north to Newark, Delaware. She now enjoys volunteering in her kids’ schools and supporting their activities including music, theater, sports, and girl scouts. Kimberly loves to bake, work on DIY home projects, take trips to the beach and explore the North East.
Kimberly and her family love watching sports. Her favorite teams to follow include the North Carolina State Wolfpack, the Carolina Panthers, the Philadelphia Union and the Liverpool FC. Kimberly enjoys working in the IT world because there is something new to learn every day and she never goes through a day without that happening.
Michael Rabian, NOC Technician
Michael, a Delaware native, has lived all across the northern half of the state. He and his twin sister, Megan, attended the same schools all the way through college. After graduating from Caravel Academy, Michael studied two years of Computer Science at the University of Delaware, before transferring to Wilmington University, for three years of study in Game Design and Development. Michael developed a great passion for computers after building his own at home, and has obtained his A+ Certification. Michael has always been passionate about customer service and making sure clients are happy and satisfied with his work. This passion began with his first job, as an Outside Operations Attendant at White Clay Creek Country Club. Michael’s IT career started at Delaware Technical Community College, where he was a Campus Computer Operator from 2012-2016. In February of 2016, he was hired by TechSolutions as a NOC Technician.
On weekends, Michael also works as a Technical Support Representative at ONLC Training Centers, at their Wilmington headquarters. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing video games and reading. He is the oldest of over 12 cousins, and also, a new uncle. Michael’s favorite holiday is Christmas and he dreams of a white one every year – from tree hunting, to hanging ornaments, to the annual watching of ‘It’s A Wonderful Life.’ His favorite films are ‘The Truman Show,’ and ‘Pleasantville.’
Jennifer Slovak, Office Admin and Dispatch
Jenn is a New Jersey resident who also holds permanent residency in British Columbia, Canada. During a vacation to Vancouver in 2008, she fell in love with that part of Canada and made the exciting decision to pack her things and move there to live and attend school. Jenn finally settled in Victoria on Vancouver Island in British Columbia in 2010. After gaining permanent residency, she worked as an accounting clerk for Volvo Canada while obtaining her CMA (Certified Medical Assisting) certificate from Camosun College. Jenn recently moved back to the US last year to be closer to her brother, her two nieces, and other family members. Her favorite aspect of IT is the continuous improvements to efficiency that it can bring to almost any establishment – businesses, hospitals, schools – you name it.
When she is not in the office, Jenn loves to bake – especially creative cakes and cupcakes. She also enjoys reading books by her favorite authors, Brandon Sanderson and Charles Bukowski. When she is able, she loves to travel and see new places. Her dream vacation is to visit French Polynesia or Argentina. In the autumn, Jenn enjoys spending time outdoors and camping. She loves all horror movies, especially post-apocalyptic horror, and Halloween is her favorite holiday. She currently lives in NJ with her boyfriend, Randy, her Chihuahua, Jackson, and her cat, Archie.
